We're so grateful for the donations we've received from Micro Scooters via In Kind Direct. They've benefitted our service users in so many ways.

Through In Kind Direct, we've been able to access both Mini and Maxi three-wheel scooters at a fraction of the usual cost. Some of these have gone directly to the young people and families we support, while others we keep at our centre for everyday use.

For the families we've gifted scooters to, the impact has been immediate and tangible. The school run can be a real challenge when travelling with a child with additional needs, and a scooter often makes the difference between a stressful morning and a manageable one.

Parents have told us how much easier it has become to get out and about — to the park, to the shops, to appointments — journeys that previously felt daunting.

At the centre, the scooters we keep have become part of everyday life. We use them on outings to the local park and during sessions designed to build mobility and independence.

The children grow noticeably more confident in an outside world that often doesn't feel as if it has been designed with them in mind. Along the way they pick up important physical skills like balance, coordination and control. Just as importantly, they're doing what every child deserves to do: having fun.

A heartfelt thank you to Micro Scooters and In Kind Direct. Without your generosity, many of the vulnerable children we work with simply would not have access to a trusted, safe, well-made and recognisable brand like Micro Scooters. Not to mention the joy, freedom and developmental benefits that come with it.
